How long does it take for the effect to occur?

The first effects are usually noticeable after about 15 minutes. This is faster than with typical caffeinated drinks because the caffeine is absorbed through the oral mucosa and does not have to go through the entire digestive tract.
How long should you chew Joltz caffeine chewing gum?

The majority of the caffeine is absorbed after approximately 5 minutes. The chewing gum can then be disposed - the effect remains fully intact.
How many pieces of chewing gum can you chew per day?

For healthy adults, up to 400 mg of caffeine per day is considered a safe total daily amount (1 Joltz caffeine gum contains 40 mg). However, we recommend chewing a maximum of 3-4 pieces of gum per day.
Is Joltz vegan?

Yes, Joltz is vegan and also gluten-free.
